Winston is an Electrical Engineer turned Strategy Consultant based in Sydney Australia.  His over two decades of consulting experience include advising major financial institutions in Australia, and the Asia-Pacific region including Indonesia. His engineering and consulting career spans across top-tier firms like IBM in Singapore, the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and the Strategy Consulting arm of Accenture Australia.

Dr. Ismiralda Pratiwi is a dedicated medical practitioner based in Indonesia with extensive experience in primary care, emergency medicine, and rural healthcare. Passionate about healthcare accessibility, she has worked in hospitals and clinics in remote regions, ensuring essential medical services reach underserved communities.

Wai-Yee Chen is an entrepreneur and financial services professional based in Sydney Australia. With nearly 30 years of stockbroking and investment experience in Australia, she has advised high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and sophisticated investors. Wai-Yee now leads and owns several businesses including investment firms under her own Australian Financial Services License.
