He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology, Chicago (1988) and a Master of Business Administration from the Australian Graduate School of Management (1995).

With over 20 years of corporate and strategy consulting experience, Winston has advised leading organizations in financial services, healthcare, and logistics across Australia, Singapore, Indonesia, Taiwan and Malaysia.

He has worked with top-tier firms, including IBM (Singapore), Commonwealth Bank of Australia (Sydney), Accenture (Sydney), and Prospect (Gemini Consulting’s Sydney representative office). His leadership experience also includes serving as CEO of Malaysia’s second-largest cash logistics security company.

Beyond his expertise in financial modeling, strategic analysis, and process design, Winston brings hands-on leadership experience, having managed a team of 200 professionals and overseeing a cash budget of A$100 million. His ability to combine technical consulting with high-level executive management makes him a key strategic advisor in the Indonesian banking and financial sector.
