A patient in rural Indonesia goes to their local GMedCC-connected clinic, unsure of their diagnosis and how to manage it.

Following clinic visits, patients who are experiencing any of the 8 critical conditions should be monitored regularly with the Digital Health Platform (DHP). This encompasses symptom tracking, enabling medication reordering, and fostering connections with their healthcare team, including specialists.

Local health workers (cadres) conduct regular visits to patients and perform check-ups using a community-shared Genia.AI device for low-income families.

With the use of DHP , patients can continuously track their health data, all from the comfort of their own homes. The self check-up readings are digitally recorded under their unique Patient ID in CMS. .

With Genia.AI personal devices, patients can receive AI-assisted diagnoses right at home. Alongside DHP, they get notifications that include Self-care instructions to follow, Reminders to schedule teleconsultations, and alerts for critical conditions that prompt them to visit the nearest clinic.

Patients can easily check their scheduled teleconsultations with specialists, along with upcoming E-pharmacy deliveries for their prescriptions.
